La Madhu artist puts effort on each design and many of them are unique, therefore many of these products have just 1 (one) unit available or are in limited quantities. When an item is no longer available and for any given reason it still appears on the catalog, La Madhu shop reserves the right to cancel the order. If your credit card has been charged for your order, we will issue a credit back to your credit card for the amount of the price for the stock-missing item.
La Madhu lists products most of the items available on this shop also on Etsy and Amazon Handmade shop, so you are free to submit your order on either website you may prefer.
When placing an order, you may choose to register a new account with us, or to check out as a guest. If you choose to register an account, we highly recommend to use a secure password (using letters and numbers) and to keep it safe, for you ‘alone’ are responsible for any activity in your account.

We are mostly shipping to the US at this time, however, if you would like to have an item shipped to a different country, please contact us to ask for options and shipping costs. We will ship all items via UPS, DHL or USPS to the US. Since each item is hand-made and/or custom-made, La Madhu may take 5 days to ship your order. As soon as your items are shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number for you follow.
Orders are shipped from Guatemala (for the time being), you as our customer are responsible for possible custom fees.
For international orders, please contact us to learn about shipping options and prices, in such cases, it is difficult to provide an exact date for delivery, but we will make our best to meet your needs. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package, international customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
If the product doesn't arrive to it’s destination, let us know and contact your local courier service to investigate the issue, we will do our best to solve any inconvenience as soon as possible.
All products are properly and safely packaged. Please note that the packaging material is mostly recycled; we are re-using boxes that are clean and in perfect conditions (these boxes could have prints of different brands on them). The reason for this is to collaborate with the our natural environment by refusing some materials (like boxes) to reduce the pollution of our planet. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
